Chris Groner is Vice President of Capital Finance & Lending, carrying responsibility for the management of ECRDA’s economic development financing programs, including management of more than $45 million in local development resources. He is responsible for the creation of a ‘one-stop shop’ for public financing and has expanded resources for businesses and industry sectors. His 30 years of experience include a long career at the City of Erie, where he held positions of Director of Economic and Community Development, budget analyst and accounting supervisor. He served for 10 years as a logistics officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and is a graduate of Penn State Behrend.
ECRDA Vice President Chris Groner was named to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Bank Advisory Council in 2023.
