Ed Williams

Ed is a sports enthusiast who loves being involved in the game, whether it's playing, coaching, or spectating.

As the Chief Operating Officer and Fiscal Manager for ECRDA, he brings years of fiscal experience gained while working for the City of Erie, where he held the position of Deputy Treasurer. With his sharp financial expertise, Ed plays a crucial role in monitoring project budgets to ensure equitable development at ECRDA.

He holds master's and bachelor's degrees from Robert Morris University, and he has also successfully completed the Leadership Erie program at Gannon University.
