Dan Harmon is the former Business agent for the Steamfitters Local 449. Dan also served as the President of Great Lakes Building and Construction Trades Council, where he represented 3,000 construction workers in Erie, Warren, and Crawford Counties. He is the past Board Chair of the Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority and currently sits of the Board of the Erie County Industrial Development Authority.
