Erie firm has expansion plan that will create 80 new jobs at IP site

For more than 50 years, Erie workers at Modular Engineering have been part of Erie County's manufacturing economy, building modular commercial and industrial enclosures and buildings. They have signed an agreement with the Erie County Redevelopment Authority to lease a new 75,000-square-foot factory and headquarters building on 23 acres at the western edge of the former International Paper Co. property at 1318 East Lake Road.
