Jackie is Director of Planning and Neighborhood Resources for the City of Erie. She coordinates the execution of action plan projects and collaborates with key stakeholders as a member of the city’s senior management team. With extensive experience in urban planning and project management, she most recently served as the city’s American Rescue Plan program manager. Jackie earned her BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
