Kathy Jones

As a Loan Portfolio Manager at ECRDA, Kathy helps businesses of all sizes secure appropriate funding to start up or expand their business. She also works with smaller companies to provide finance modeling and budgeting — keeping their financials on track.

With a degree in finance from Gannon University, Kathy most recently worked at the Erie Technology Incubator, providing mentorship and coaching for small businesses, and helping entrepreneurs access the resources and support they need to grow and succeed.

Kathy has two children, a dog and two-and-a-half cats (we’ll let her tell you that story). She appreciates everything the Erie community has to offer — the food, the lake, the community events, and especially the local sports teams.

She is proud to be part of the team at ECRDA, which not only helps businesses thrive, but helps create jobs and positively impacts the economy.
