Leah Manino

According to Leah, there’s no better place to enjoy family than Erie. Leah counts summers spent camping and hiking at local parks and enjoying the beaches of Presque Isle among her family’s most treasured activities.

Known for her passionate commitment to community engagement and advocacy, Leah brings a wealth of commercial lending and financial management experience to the team as ECRDA’s Vice President of Finance and Lending. She most recently served as CFO for a local nonprofit organization where she efficiently led the daily accounting and finance operations while successfully overseeing diverse contracts and state grants.

Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Penn State Behrend. She is also a member of the Erie Women’s Fund and serves on the board for Lakeshore Community Services.
