2025 was a strong year for ECRDA, the Enterprise Development Center of Erie County, and our affiliates. 

As this report shows, we advanced major projects, strengthened operations, supported new and expanding businesses, and laid the groundwork for future growth across Erie County. None of this would be possible without our talented team, committed board members and enthusiastic partners.
