Shuttered Venue Grant
The Shuttered Venue Grant is designed to assist those businesses that were not eligible for the federal Shuttered Venue Program and who have been negatively impacted by the pandemic. This program is designed to assist those in the arts, theatre, recreation, tourism and related industries. Those in the hospitality industry or any industry not outlined below are NOT eligible. Completed applications will be reviewed and if eligible will receive grants up to $75,000. Erie County Executive Dahlkemper and Erie County Council have determined that grants are necessary to respond to the public health emergency by providing economic support to businesses harmed by the effects of the pandemic. The Shuttered Venue Grant will be administered by the Erie County Redevelopment Authority.
